Our Policies

Shipping and Delivery

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to your invoice. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the following day. All orders are shipped commercial ground carrier unless you specifically request Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Third Day Delivery.

Returns

All returns are required to have prior authorization. Please call customer service to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please have the original purchase order number or invoice number ready to expedite your request. No authorization will be given without the original order information.

Customer Returns

  • No returns are accepted after 90 days from the purchase date.
  • The products must be in the original package and in unused condition.
  • RGA number must be written on the outside of the package.
  • The product may be returned within 30 days of order without a restocking fee.
  • Products returned after 30 days will be accessed with a 15% restocking fee.

OCSI Errors or Defective Returns

  • OCSI will issue RS Label or Call-Tag to pick up the product at no charge.
  • OCSI will reship (if applicable) a new product; no charge ground freight.
  • No restocking fees are accessed.
  • Credit for the replacement product will be issued when the defective product is returned.

Product Warranty

Ongoing Care Solutions offers a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects for the metal and/or plastic portion of the product. If any modifications are made to any splint, it immediately voids all manufacturing warranties. No exceptions. Soft goods are guaranteed for six (6) months. Once deemed defective, we reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion.
